You need to bring a Valid Photo ID issued by a Government Agency (such as a Driver's License or Passport). 
The Document to be Notarized must be completed but UNSIGNED.

Yes, I am able to read, speak, and write in Spanish. 
But also, the signer must to understand and read Spanish as well.

Can you notarize a photocopy or a digital document?

Only certified copies of certain documents can be notarized.
Original documents are usually required.
